Acadis Portal MFA Use, Setup and Reset Guide

Acadis Multi-factor Authentication Setup:

Scanning the QR code with Microsoft Authenticator to set up your MFA for your Acadis account.

Log in to Acadis Portal using your email and password.*Acadis Portal: https://atoms.acadisonline.com/AcadisViewer/Login.aspx

You will be prompted with a QR code (marked A) to set up MFA.
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app [RECOMMENDED APP FOR MFA], on mobile device. It's highly recommended to use an authentication app specifically to scan the QR code, and not the native camera app on the mobile device
Tap “+” in the app (marked c) , or QR code scan button (marked D) and scan the QR code on your screen.
The app will generate a 6-digit code.
Enter that code in the box (marked B) below the QR code on the Acadis Portal login page.
✅ You're done! MFA is now set up for your account.

How to Use MFA When Signing Into Acadis:

Microsoft Authenticator displays a six‑digit verification code. The code will be typed into the Acadis Two‑Factor Authentication box labeled "Code"

Enter the six‑digit code from Microsoft Authenticator into the Acadis Code box.

Go to the Acadis Portal and enter your email and password. URL: https://atoms.acadisonline.com/AcadisViewer/Login.aspx
A box will pop up asking for Two-factor Authentication (aka MFA) using a code (marked B) .
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app (marked A) on the phone or device you set up for MFA.
Find the 6-digit code listed under your Acadis account (marked C) . The App will continue to generaet the codes needed to access Acadis.
Enter that code into the box on the Acadis Two-factor Authentication screen (marked D) .
Make sure the numbers match exactly — *the code(marked C) changes/ refreshes every 30 seconds.
Click Sign In to access the portal (marked E) .

Reset Acadis MFA:

The Acadis Portal once signed in has an option option to reset a user’s multi‑factor authentication (MFA) Resetting MFA in Acadis — useful when you get a new phone and need to set up authentication again.

Sign in to https://atoms.acadisonline.com/AcadisViewer/Login.aspx using your email, password, and MFA code.

Once you're in, click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select “Reset Two-Factor Authentication” under your profile settings.
Follow the steps in the “Acadis Multifactor Authentication Setup” section of the setup guide.
